MMO opens its annual customer satisfaction survey – share your views
As part of the Marine Management Organisation's (MMO) commitment to exceptional customer service, the MMO has today launched its second annual customer satisfaction survey.
The survey is available from www.surveymonkey.com/s/MMOcustomersurvey. The survey closes at 12 noon on 9 March.
MMO Customer Communications Manager John Gargett said "Last year's customer satisfaction survey gave a real insight into how our customers view the MMO and the level of service we provide.
"We made a number of positive changes to develop our organisation as a result of the feedback provided in that survey. We are committed to continuous improvement and it is time to ask our customers to once again share their views with us. I would urge all of the people we serve and interact with to please take the time to complete the survey and I can assure you that your responses will be used to enhance the level of service we provide to you."
