Marine licence applications and decisions
We must keep a register containing the particulars prescribed in the Marine Licensing (Register of Licensing Information) Regulations 2011. Register means the register of licensing information maintained under Section 101 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.
Applications and decisions since 6 April 2011 are available on the online licensing system.
