The MMO is introducing a new process into its marine licence decision making procedures which will take account of marine conservation zones (MCZs).
Summary of consultation responses
We ran a four-week consultation from February to March 2011 on the new licensing guidance and we have set out what we intend to do in the next draft of the guidance series.
